General Conditions of Sale

1. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
2. Orders can only be accepted from UK Mainland customers.
3. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods you order.
4. By clicking the ‘Proceed to Protx Secure Payment Server' button after selecting confirming your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.

Payment

1. Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, or Visa Debit, and must be received prior to delivery of goods.
2. All products remain the property of Le Mark Self-Adhesive Ltd. t/a GafferTape.com until payment has been received in full.
3. All prices exclude VAT, GafferTape.com reserves the right to change prices. All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply the goods.
4. The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' price or if due to an error or emission the price published for the goods on our web site is incorrect. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order.
5. All transactions on the website are processed in UK pounds sterling.


Returns / Faulty Goods


1. All faulty goods must be reported to GafferTape.com by calling 01480 469026. The return of goods is entirely at our discretion.
3. Any goods returned to us without prior authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
4. Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

Our rights to cancel


1. We shall be entitled to cancel your Order and any Contract if:
2 you order Products or Services that become unavailable, in which case we are not obliged to provide substitute items or substitute services but shall inform you of the unavailability, or
3 you do not pay us the price due for the Products and/or Services by the due date, or
4 you are from outside the UK, or
5 you are either not able or not authorised to enter into the Contract with us.
6. Unless we agree otherwise, you will not be able to cancel a Contract for Services once performance of those Services has begun.
7. If we cancel your Order and any Contract for a Product or if for any reason you wish to return the Product to us for a refund, please ring us on 01480 469026 within 30 days of your receipt of the Products (which shall be deemed to be 2 working days after posting by us) to arrange the return. You will be given the following information:

* Account Number
* Returns Number
* Collection Date

8 Your return package must:

* include the Returns Number (so that the return can be identified)
* include the Product with all packaging and associated documentation unused and in original condition.

9 We will either arrange for the Product to be collected by courier on the Collection Date you are given or ask you to return the Products to us. You will be issued with a collection form which you should keep for your records as confirmation of the return. Risk of damage to or loss of the Products will remain with you until received by us at the below address.


Refunds


1. Whether it is you or we who have cancelled, and provided you have returned any Products to us as set out above, we shall refund any payment you have made to us within 30 days of cancellation, excluding (in the case of Products) any carriage costs and (in the case of Services) a pro-rata charge for any Services already provided.


General

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the reaming terms and conditions. Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.

Next Day Delivery Service - We try our absolute best to have your goods with you as soon as possible and they are sent on a next day courier service. However our courier does not state a guarantee on their service and therefore we also cannot guarantee your goods to with you next working day. Nearly 100% of the time, our Next Day Service does arrive on time, however from time to time there are delays which are out of our control. We cannot accept responsibility for any costs or damages incurred by late deliveries.  On national bank holidays, next day deliveries should arrive the next working day after the bank holiday.

Account cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your account, please email info@gaffertape.com with your name and registered email address with the request for your account to be cancelled.
